Old Navy Infringes on Oxes?

Yesterday while shopping at Old Navy at the Tyson’s Corner Center, I noticed an odd screenprint on one of their t-shirts. The “vintage” style garment boasted a graphic that said something to the tune of: “ROCK ACTION PRESENTS: LIVE AT THE SOCIAL: OXES.” I found this very interesting, since that is the name of a Baltimore band and a club in Chicago, if I’m not mistaken … and most of the other prints were of a more obviously false nature.
The font itself they use is very close to Oxes promo material I’ve seen in the past. Was this authorized by the band? I have a feeling it wasn’t, and I’m going to keep an eye out to see if the band or its label Monitor Records will get wind and take any action about this.
